Do You Need Meditation? What Can Meditation Do For You? A Story and Some Facts About Meditation


 

You may have heard about meditation a lot but thought "oh it's not really for me, I'm not religious or spiritual". But this is a huge misconception about meditation.


Meditation is about you and your mind. The fact is, this meditation is all about emptying your mind, and finding within you the eternal treasure we have all longed for. Just like the many students who have confirmed it for themselves, your own experience will become your own fact.


It is for anyone, and everyone, and it is extremely simple to follow!


Meditation is for men and women
As a "man", I didn't think meditation was for me...!




A story from someone who could NOT meditate


When I was in my 20's, I had hit my first of many "rock bottoms".


My mind was overwhelmingly negative, life just seemed like a continuous uphill battle, and I was struggling to juggle a relationship, my work, and my studies, all of which I wasn't sure was right for me.


I had no clarity or focus in my life, no confidence in my self, and so much stress and anxiety that I couldn't deal with so I washed away with drugs endless distractions.


I was in my final years of my Architecture degree and relying on any substance I could to get me over the line.


Wasn't this supposed to be my dream? Why did it feel so hollow?


I didn't think life could get any worse than this and I thought "I can't go on like this"


It was around this time I had stumbled upon a brochure for meditation.


I was honestly drawn to it straight away - the simplicity with which it explained the mind:


"You are living inside of your own mind world, and this is the source of your stress, pain, burden and suffering. When you throw it away, you become the Universe Mind."

That sounded pretty bloody good.


But meditation??? I'm a guy! How weak...!


So it took me some time to take it up and actually give it a try.


But once I started, I committed in my mind I'd get to that Universe Mind, no matter what!


Even though I couldn't sit for more than 15 minutes, and my false mind came up with every excuse under the sun to stop - I never did.


And I'm so glad I didn't!


And so here I am, with a renewed life, teaching the method, putting my architecture on the side, and trying to help people come out of their own stress, pain, burden and suffering, and find their eternal happiness, peace, and calm that exists within them.


If it existed out there - we would have already found it by now! So you have to find it within you - that Truth exists only within you, nowhere else.


Finding it within you leads to every benefit you've ever wanted.






Facts about meditation

  • All your stress and anxiety will disappear and you can have inner peace and calm and be unwavering in your day to day life, leading to a longer, more fulfilled life

  • You will have a clean mind, absent of negativity and obsessive thoughts and overthinking

  • You will have more focus, clarity and concentration and be able to succeed at anything you put your mind to

  • You can overcome past traumas, regrets and guilts

  • You will know the meaning of life and understand your true purpose and who you are and have true wisdom (now more important than ever with AI!)

  • You will know what it means to find heaven, paradise and nirvana within when you become enlightened of your true self


The benefits are profound. Whatever you want, you can find it within you. It's as simple as that.


It's the countless subjective experience accumulated together which become the fact of the proof.
